The replacement foot includes one rubber foot and mounting hardware to replace the existing nuts and bolts.
This will fit all spring sizes replace as frequent as you like but once your hitting the bolts on the bottom its time for a change.
Feet will wear differently based on riders and conditions but do take a good amount of wear. Store in a temperate location to try and prevent the rubber from sun exposure and drying this will prolong the life and grip of the foot.
